
It was a beautiful morning at Daytona beach and I finally got my first run in. The problem with beach running is the distances look closer/ easier than they really are. I went 40 minutes which I figure is 4 to 5 miles. The day before I weight lifted hard at the resort. The problem is now I'm suffering, myoglobin levels increased and I'm trying to hydrate it out. If I'm not at work Wednesday you'll know why. I knew this would start out painful. Guess I'll need to ease into this more gradually in the future.
