Yoga and running

Yoga and Running. Now there's a combination I never put together. But today I went out and did that 5 mile run without stopping. Time 54:49. I know the Yoga we just started doing this week must have helped. I kept focusing on the breathing. Several times towards the end I hit a new gear but was able to breath though it. I can't wait for the next class.
