Looks like a nice weekend for a run. Unfortunately I'm sidelined for 3 weeks. The foot doc said to imagine a car going down the road without shocks. Thats how I've been running. So I'm in the Pits, my feet have been casted, and I'm waiting for the "shocks" to arrive. Not only am I hoping to run with less pain, I'm looking to improve my Efficiency. Next stop the Daytona 500!

Pitstop
