Back on the road again, with shocks and balance. I can't believe the diffence these orthotics have made so far. If you see me bump into a wall at work don't be alarmed, its just that the sway is gone now, and I have to adjust. Running seemed much more efficient, but didn't push it too far, after all it's been 4 weeks since I've done any running- doctors orders. Good to be back! I see there's a festival of lights run tonight in San Marco, anyone running it?

On The Road Again
Back on the road again, with shocks and balance. I can't believe the diffence these orthotics have made so far.
