I hope you guys are keeping up. Went for another run today on the Baldwin Rail trail. This used to be a railroad track converted to a bike trail. No hills where I ran. Got there from Commonwealth. Ran for 30 minutes. Had to stop for a minute after about 19 minutes, but kept going. The humidity was high but the temperature was ok. Still have a lot of training to do.
